The Pearl EM-EBP is the 18″ E/merge electronic kick drum. It was designed for use with the E/merge module but also works with Roland modules we tested it. It feels a little different than other electronic kick drums in that it has a leathery material behind the mesh head. So its not quite as bouncy as just a mesh head alone. We got one in to test it out with Roland modules because a lot of people want a larger kick drum.
